Spond is coming!!

The decision has been made to transfer ARNY to a club management system called Spond for the day-to-day management of the club.  This decision has been made for several reasons including:

• It will go some way to addressing a lot of the issues raised by members in the member survey carried out in 2025.

• It will make the systems for managing the club activity more robust, and consistent, for all.  Spond is used by over 1.5 million people in the UK for similar club activities.

• It will make it easier for Associates to indicate their intentions to train and attend other ARNY events

• It will significantly reduce the amount of manual administration, including the management of joining fees and annual subscriptions, currently undertaken by various members of the ARNY committee and others.

  
  

The move to Spond will involve all club members, and new members, to some extent.  We will be providing ongoing communication as to the steps that need to be taken as we progress.  The move will involve all members using the Spond App on their phone.  We intend to transfer to Spond at the time of the launch of the Summer riding season at the beginning of April.
