My Story
A fairly typical riding history which started at 16 with my first bike being a yellow Yamaha FS1E which I polished daily! Following a long break I decided to get back into biking through reaching that age, the envy of workmates telling stories of their biking adventures and with the aim of doing Route 66 on a Harley!
As soon as I got back on the bike I realised what I had been missing. Starting back on a 125 to build some road craft I passed my test and having got some miles back under my belt I decided to look for a way to improve my riding further. I met the guys at ARNY and, with their help and guidance, passed my RoSPA test. Having taken over the role of looking after the Marketing for the group I then decided to train to be a Tutor. I am now secretary for the goup aswell
I have really enjoyed joining a great bunch of Tutors and helping Associates to learn as much as I did to become the best, and safest, riders possible.
After being postponed a few times the Route 66 trip has just been completed - quite an adventure!
